Roppongi Hills and our salon mutually decided to resume business of hair salon as the government implied `` hairdressing and beauty services as a daily life necessity for everyone '' (some restrictions on the premise of ensuring hygiene and safety).

Reopening date: Friday, April 24th

Hours 11:00 to 18:00 (reservation only)

For reservation, please access to our on-line reservation page or call within business hours.

We kinky ask you the following safety measure:

Hand disinfection and temperature measurement upon arrival.

There is a limit to the reservation time slot and seating preference in order to keep social distancing

All staff members will wear masks, disinfect their hands and fingers, and temperature measurement, and regularly ventilate the store.

We apologize for inconvenience that we were unable to make an appointment of all customers after reopening. Because of safety reason, we are reducing the number of stylists assigned (to avoid high density) during this period. The situation has been gradually resolved, so please do not hesitate to call us even during the Emergency declaration period. (Parking lots at Roppongi Hills are open. we accept Hills’ workers discount and credit “Hills Point” as usual)

Please note: there are three hair salons in Roppongi Hills. we are Massato Paris located on Keyakizaka Dori 3F (above of Ferragamo shop) NOT “ kakimoto arms ” in west walk.
